I like this workout so much and I guess everybody will like, too. Most of you will not forget this workout and do more than one time. Actually, I did and added this workout to my “unforgettables”. Also, I think that Michael Faraday is a great guy and everyone should know his story and should not forget it. That’s why, I decided to integrate my 2 unforgettables, so named this workout as “Michael Faraday” and put a brief summary about him. I have already told you that our purpose is not only physical. Remember my words in the article; “Functional workouts are not only methods about the body project. It is a mentality, it is a different viewpoint of life. You should improve yourself in all subjects. You should read and interrogate everything that is accepted as correct or truth. Intelligence is the greatest power that you have. Therefore, train it, like your body“.
Michael Faraday is a English physicist and chemist. He has many experiments about understanding of electromagnetism. He achieved to liquefy a permanent gas. Before that, liquefaction of this permanent gas was considered impossible. He was the first person to produce an electric flow from a magnetic field. After that, he invented the electric motor and the electric generator. In other words, he was the founding father of mass production.
